Cessna Equips Citation X with Winglets

Business jet maker Cessna has handed over the first Citation X with Elliptical Winglets installed. The Wichita, Kan.-based manufacturer partnered with Winglet Technology to develop an FAA supplemental type certificate (STC) for the installation. Winglet Technology obtained the STC in June and delivered the first retrofit kit to Cessna’s Wichita Service Center. Cessna plans to offer the winglet installation at all nine of its service centers in the U.S.
