Airside Services Purchased

Certified Aviation Services, a line and heavy maintenance provider in Ontario, Calif., has acquired Airside Services. The deal includes Airside Appearance Services, which will allow CAS to expand its offerings to include cleaning-related items such as dry washing and polishing. As part of the agreement, Airside Founder and President Andrew Uber has joined CAS as manager of appearance services.
