Delaware-Based Repair Business Sold

From The News Journal: Summit Aviation has been sold to Greenwich AeroGroup of Connecticut, both sides confirmed Friday. The companies completed the sale Tuesday, Greenwich President Keith Garner said through a spokesman. There will be no layoffs, and the company is looking at expansion opportunities, Garner said. Summit, mainly an aircraft maintenance company based at a small airport north of Middletown, employs 85 people in Delaware and 10 more in maintenance facilities in Virginia and Kentucky.
