Citation X First To Receive eXchange

Rockwell Collins and ARINC have installed the eXchange broadband service on a Cessna Citation X. It is the first commercial aircraft to receive eXchange, which uses ARINC’s SKYLink Ku-band connection and ArcLight hardware from ViaSat of Carlsbad, Calif. Modifications took place at ARINC’s facility in Colorado Springs, Colo., under an STC developed with the company’s recent Organization Designation Authorization (ODA).
