Sikorsky Aircraft Corp. announced plans to launch a comprehensive "end to end" online survey of all commercial and military customers as part of a new customer loyalty program designed to create a better customer experience. Sikorsky officials made the announcement at the Heli-Expo aircraft show in Houston this week. The survey will measure every aspect of the customer experience, from the proposal and contract stage, to delivery of an aircraft, to field support including provision of spare parts, training and all other services. For this project, Sikorsky is working with Harris Interactive, a firm specializing in market research and customer commitment modeling. Sikorsky's commercial and international military customers will begin receiving the survey March 5, and the U.S. government customer will receive it in April. Customers will have approximately three weeks to respond.
