Boeing 787 Fuselage Sections Delivered

Spirit AeroSystems manufactured the new Boeing 787 Dreamliner fuselage sections. The structure is 21 feet in diameter and 42 feet long. The all-composite forward section arrived in Everett and gives Boeing all the major structure for the rear of the aircraft. There are more than 550 firm orders for these aircraft.
