Pentastar Aviation has named Randall Stroud vice president--new business development.
Dallas Airmotive announced that Doug Meador has taken the position of vice president and general manager of its Forest Park MRO facility in Dallas, Texas. He was recently plant manager of GE Engine Services.
Roxanne Hilboldt was named senior manager completion sales for Midcoast Aviation. Hilboldt will be in charge of customer coordination and overseeing Midcoast's green interior and exterior completion services. She has been with Midcoast since 1981 and holds an A & P certificate.
Randy Znamenak has taken over as vice president sales and marketing of Stevens Aviation.
Karl Stuhmer, field service representative at Raytheon Aircraft, has received the Charles Taylor Award. "Karl puts the customer first in everything he does. This award is a very fitting tribute to an extraordinary man," said Ed Dolanski, vice president--customer support. Stuhmer holds both an A&P certificate and an inspection authorization and began his aviation career in high school working at Stuhmer Flying Service, a family owned business in Dowagiac, Michigan.
Sarkis Garabetian has taken the position of sales manager for Precision Engines.
Professional Aviation Associates has announced the retirement of Ralph Snipes, their east coast sales representative.
