Homero de Souza has joined Raytheon Aircraft as a technical representative based in Belo Horizonte, Brazil. Souza has a Brazilian maintenance technician's license for airframe and powerplant and avionics.

Keystone Helicopter announced the promotion of David Ford to President and COO. Ford has been with Keystone since 1996, and served as vice president and general manager of the helicopter services division and senior vice president technical services prior to his promotion.

Thales has announced the appointment of Mark Barclay to managing director. Barclay has joined Thales's newly created Avionics Services Worldwide business line. He has 20 years in various organizations at Thales.

Scott Ricketts has joined Signature Plating as the clear coat and durability specialist.

Mercury Air Centers has announced that John Enticknap will take over as president and CEO. Enticknap has been with Mercury for 10 years and was most recently vice president and COO.

Jet Aviation Teterboro has hired David Heydt to take the position of director of maintenance. Heydt most recently worked for Bombardier as a program manager.

Jet Aviation Teterboro received the FAA Diamond Award for the sixth consecutive year. "I am very proud that so many of our staff members received individual awards," said Michael Szczechowski, senior vice president and general manager.

Gib Harris has been appointed corporate aircraft product manager for Midcoast Aviation. Harris was formerly chief of maintenance for the Conseco corporate aviation department and holds an A & P certificate with Inspection Authorization.

Montreal Jet Center has named Louis Deveault vice president, aircraft maintenance. In his new position he will be responsible for all operations functions including estimating, pricing, scheduling, and planning. He holds an Aircraft Maintenance Engineer's certificate with endorsements for many business jets.

The Hangar Inc. has announced three new additions to their marketing team. Roger Brown is now director of marketing and sales, David McNatt and Holt Hall are regional sales managers.

Glenn Hess has been selected to take over as president of Pemco Aeroplex. Formerly, Hess was with McDonnell Douglas/Boeing for 23 years and served as president and COO of Textron's Bell Helicopter.

Roger Toeppen has joined Avtrak, as section leader responsible for data quality and customer satisfaction. He was most recently manager of Bombardier's CIMMS maintenance tracking program.

Avtrak has also added Chuck Parker as regional sales manager.

Jim Zarvos has joined Dallas Airmotive as director of customer service. Previously Zarvos was with Elliott Aviation, Midcoast, and Ryder Aviall.

Keystone Helicopter has appointed Ralph Kunz to vice president, maintenance, repair, and overhaul services. Kunz will oversee all aspects of Keystone's engine and airframe MRO services.

FKI Logistex has announced that Stephen Ackerman will replace David Martin as president.

Bernd Kowalewski has been named president and CEO of BizJet International. Kowalewski is a 17-year veteran of Lufthansa Technik and has been on the board of directors of Bizjet since it was acquired by Lufthansa in 2000.
