Keystone Helicopter has appointed Jim Munda vice president of engineering and Darrell Jones vice president of completions. Previously Munda was Keytech's division manager of engineering, and Jones was director of aircraft completions.

Dave Grup has joined Stevens Aviation as Cessna Citation technical sales specialist. Prior to joining Stevens, Grup had been with Cessna for 18 years.

Meggitt/S-TEC has announced the appointment of Michael McMillan as president. McMillan was most recently with Piaggio and prior to that was with Raytheon Aircraft for 21 years.

Dallas Airmotive has named Ronald Worley director of sales, Rolls-Royce Spey/Tay programs. Worley came from Rockwell Collins where he was the OEM account director.

Jet Support Services has announced that executive vice president, CFO, and founding partner, Marla Gelfond was inducted into the Chicago Area Entrepreneurship Hall of Fame in March.

Ruud Kleinendorst has been named European representative for Aero Pneudraulics. Kleinendorst will be based in the Netherlands and will provide support for commercial and military customers.

Tim Annis has joined Northeast Air in Portland, Maine as assistant avionics manager. Annis was previously with Duncan Aviation and West Star Aviation.
