Aaxico of Miami, Florida has hired Christian Feniou as regional business development manager of its newly opened Toulouse, France office.

Rick Barnett, Gulf Coast maintenance manager for Air Logistics in New Iberia, Louisiana, has received the Helicopter Association International's 2004 Aviation Maintenance Technician Award. In addition, John Kiesler, vice president of maintenance and operations at Evergreen Helicopters in McMinnville, Oregon, has received the Helicopter Maintenance Award. These awards were presented at the Heli-Expo convention during HAI's annual Salute to Excellence awards ceremony in February.

Duncan Aviation announced that Chris Gress has been named accessory service sales and customer service manager. He is a 20-year Duncan veteran.

Ian Longstreth has been appointed vice president of sales and marketing for Messier Services America in Sterling, Virginia.

Elia Dragone has joined Jet Support Services (JSSI) as Northeast sales manager. Prior to joining JSSI, he worked for the Cessna Aircraft Company at the New York Citation Service Center.

Accenture named Michael W. Denis as director, aviation maintenance solutions.

John Liotta has been named regional sales manager, aircraft technical services. He will be based in Glendale, New York. Liotta was previously with Gulfstream Aerospace.

Bill Bozin has joined Airbus North America as vice president of safety and technical affairs. Bozin replaces Dr. John Lauber, who has assumed the role of Airbus chief safety officer at Airbus headquarters in Toulouse, France. Bozin was previously with US Airways as its vice president of safety and regulatory compliance.
