Business Jet Access announced the appointment of David Martin as chief inspector for the aircraft charter and management divisions.

Piasecki Aircraft Corporation announced that Frederick Weyerhaeuser Piasecki and John Weyerhaeuser Piasecki will assume both board and executive positions vacated by F.N. Piasecki who recently died. Frederick Piasecki will also assume the role of chairman of the board. John Piasecki will become president and CEO.

Jacques Chauvet has been named senior vice president, worldwide customer service at Dassault Falcon, a new position. Gerry Goguen, previously Dassault Falcon Jet senior vice president, customer support, will assume a new role as senior vice president, customer relations and business strategy. Reporting directly to Chauvet will be Frank Youngkin in his new position as vice president, Western Hemisphere customer service based in Teterboro. Youngkin will also maintain his responsibility as vice president, Worldwide Falcon Spares. His counterpart based in St-Cloud will be Pierre Thielin, vice president, Eastern Hemisphere customer service.

Midcoast Aviation named Jim Zarvos to head MRO and refurbishment activities at the newly acquired Savannah Air Center.

Shadin Avionics hired Eugene (Gene) Gray as director of business development and marketing. Cari Herman also joined the company as software engineering manager.
