Michael Moore has been named vice president of program management at Landmark Aviation’s Associated Air Center. Moore will be responsible for aircraft completions and heavy maintenance.

The NORDAM Group has named Raymond H. (Tray) Siegfried III vice president of business and general aviation markets and strategic resources.

Jet Aviation has announced the appointment of Thomas Rimml as new senior vice president and general manager of the Zurich maintenance operation effective January 1, 2007. Rimml joins the Zurich, Switzerland maintenance facility from Jet Aviation Dallas where he was general manager.

Yoel Arnoni was appointed president, APPH Group North America, managing facilities in Houston, Arnoni Aviation Services Inc., and in Wichita, Airight Inc.

PAS Technologies Inc. announced it has hired David Berry to the position of Kansas City lean manager. Berry will be responsible to develop an optimal lean product environment at the company’s facility located in Kansas City, Missouri.

PAS Technologies Inc., has also named Gregory Yost to the position of general manager of the Tulsa facility reporting to Jim Andrews, vice president operations.
