Midcoast Aviation expanded and reorganized its Southeast Missouri (SEMO) operation. As a result, Ron Herman is now vice president SEMO operations, and Gene Findley has been promoted to senior director, SEMO operations. Other key promotions include: Rolfe Wagner, director, government programs; Rich Schmidt, manager, quality assurance; Gina Bey, SEMO Midcoast programs manager; Randy Johnson, manager, SEMO engineering, and Angi Gremaud, manager, product support and assistant to VP, SEMO operations.
Duncan Aviation has made several appointments at its Battle Creek, Michigan location. The company promoted John Kauppila to Gulfstream technical representative; Jeremy Buschlen is now Gulfstream team leader; and Dean Williams has been promoted to project manager.
Peter Somers has succeeded Ad Rutten as executive vice president of KLM Engineering & Maintenance. Rutten will take up a new position as chief operations officer for the Schipol Group.
Professional Aviation Maintenance Association election results: Bob Gould, New England regional director; Rick Anderson, Central regional director; Tom Hendershot, Northwest regional director; John Gerken, Eastern regional director; Mark Wishart, Southern regional director; Dale Forton, Great Lakes regional director; George Miller, Southwest regional director, and Peter Zeeb, Western regional director. PAMA also announced new board of director members: Carl Violette, secretary; Sal Agosta, treasurer; Ed Martinkus, director; and Robin Lamar, director. Gerry Goguen remains a director through 2006, and Dave Orcutt and Clark Gordon remain chairman and vice-chairman, through 2006.
