Hawker Beechcraft has appointed W.W. "Bill" Boisture, Jr., as chairman and CEO. A former president of both Gulfstream Aerospace and NetJets, Boisture was most recently president of Intrepid Aviation and a senior advisor to the Carlyle Group.

Chris Swan is the new vice president and general manager for StandardAero’s Component Services division in Cincinnati, Ohio. A certified Six Sigma Black Belt, Swan previously worked at GE Aviation.

Crane Aerospace & Electronics, Lynnwood, Wash., has hired Brian Barrett as director of repair & overhaul for its Aerospace group. He will be based at Crane’s facility in Burbank, Calif.

Precision Aviation Group (PAG) has promoted Chad Lemke to vice president of government programs and Ketan Desai to director of sales and marketing. Lemke was formerly VP of operations and Desai worked in sales for PAG subsidiary Prevision Avionics & Instruments (PAI).

Andrew Braley is the new director of corporate communications for U.K.-based AJ Walter Aviation. Braley, who previously worked for Reed Exhibitions, will help streamline the company’s business development processes in emerging markets.

Turbomeca has promoted Pierre-Jean Flores to vice president, corporate secretary. Formerly CEO of Sagem Mobiles, Flores replaces Jean-Luc Varga, who is retiring.
