EADS Test & Services has appointed Paul-Jérôme Evette as CEO of the Defence Electronics business unit of EADS Defence & Security.

JetCorp Technical Services has hired Danny Farnham as VP of modifications/refurbishment. He comes from Midcoast Aviation, where he was VP of completions/modifications. An A&P who also holds an FCC license, Farnham has held positions at the Jet Center in Van Nuys, Calif., Trans World Airlines, Northrop Aircraft and Lockheed Aircraft.

Nico Issenmann has taken over as chairman of the board of directors of Zurich, Switzerland-based SR Technics. He replaces Hans Lerch, who stepped down after serving as group CEO from 2005 – 2007. In a related move, SR Technics has appointed Felix Herlihy and Khuram Maqsood to its board.

Standard Aero has named Michael Moore senior VP of its subsidiary, Associated Air Center in Dallas, Texas. Moore, who has an A&P license, was promoted from VP of production, planning and supply chain.

Crane Aerospace & Electronics has appointed JoAnna Williams as VP of human resources for its Aerospace Group.

Rick Passek is the new sales manager for Laser Design in Minneapolis, Minn. He is responsible for the company’s equipment sales in the U.S.

Sabena Technics has designated Willy Buysse as managing director of its site in Brussels, Belgium.
