WichiTech continues to add to their list of innovations. Customers requested Hot Bonders in single and dual zone format that met the requirements of the National Electric Code and MIL-STD-810F for operation in an explosive atmosphere. We responded with units meeting Class 1, Division 2, Group D guidelines as tested by Dayton T. Brown, Inc. WichiTech recently responded to a customer’s need to have a Hot Bonder operate on 400Hz at 115V. We met this challenge with our HB-2.

We are now truly portable. With our built-in electric vacuum pump and 400Hz operation, if a repair has to be performed on a plane, it can be done anywhere, at any time. Using the same programming logic that makes our Hot Bonders easy to program, we also offer oven controllers which can be configured to meet your requirements. Used to control heating, cooling, vacuum, ramp up or dwell, our controllers are a very cost effective method of operating your oven or autoclave. WichiTech’s products and service set us apart from all other bonder manufacturers. Turnaround time for repairs remains under one week from date of unit receipt.
