Bill Brown, Atlantic Coast Airlines’s new senior vice president of maintenance has added a former Midwest Airlines colleague, Lillian A. Dukes, to his team. Dukes was director of aircraft technical support at Midwest Airlines and worked with Brown when he was at Midwest. Dukes’s new position at ACA is vice president of maintenance, responsible for all hangar and line maintenance. "We are proud to welcome Lillian to our team," Brown said. "She is a true professional in every sense and has earned a reputation as a skillful leader who can motivate and influence people in a very positive way."

Joe Murray has joined Continuum Applied Technology’s sales team to sell the company’s Corridor maintenance service software program. Murray, an A&P mechanic, helped with the launch and growth of McKinney Aerospace, a business jet maintenance company based in Texas that uses Corridor.

Jet Support Services hired Edward L. Hawkins as chief operating officer, "to assist with internal restructuring efforts and position the company for growth." Hawkins will help lead JSSI’s daily operations and set strategy for development as well.

Robert S. Vruggink is the new president of Praxair Surface Technologies and vice president of Praxair. Vruggink was the company’s director U.S. southern region.

Dassault Aviation chairman and CEO Charles Edelstenne promoted John Rosanvallon to the position of president and CEO of Dassault Falcon Jet and executive vice president of civil aircraft for Dassault Aviation. John Rosanvallon replaces Jean-François Georges, who retired after 40 years with Dassault Aviation.
