Lufthansa Technik has announced the appointment of Dr. Burkhard Andrich to head its engine services product division. Holger Dietsch succeeds Dr. Andrich as senior vice president maintenance.

Signature Plating announced that Roman Bejar has joined the company as quality manager.

Dallas Airmotive named Stacy Hollis as southeast regional engine manager for Pratt & Whitney engine products.

J. Heffernan was promoted to the position of vice president of operations for CJ Systems Aviation Group. He replaces Herb Schutt, who retired. In addition, Jim Blakely�has been named director of safety.

Jet Support Services announced the appointment of Christophe Canard as the company's new director of technical operations, Eastern Hemisphere.
