Christophe Bernardini was recently appointed president of the board of directors and CEO of TAT Industries.

M7 Aerospace made several appointments recently. Ronald Frederick was named president and CEO. M7 has promoted Kevin Brown to the position of senior vice president of finance and corporate development. Jon D. Greenwood joined M7 as vice president and controller.

Boeing named Pat McKenna vice president and general manager of its Commercial Airplanes Fabrication business unit.

Michael O'Leary joined Midcoast Aviation as avionics sales manager.

Morris Warino was appointed business development manager for Wall Colmonoy, Oklahoma City.

Israel Aircraft Industries appointed four new vice presidents. Yair Ramati is now corporate vice president for marketing; Joseph Weiss is now corporate vice president and general manager of IAI's Systems, Missiles, & Space Group; Yehoshua Eldar becomes corporate vice president for business development & subsidiaries; and Danny Kleiman is now corporate vice president for operations.

Stevens Aviation named Joseph Howell to the position of general manager of Stevens Donaldson in Greenville, South Carolina.

Randy Buol was named director of maintenance for Empire Aero Center in Rome, New York.

Duncan Aviation announced several promotions and changes. Mark Cote was promoted to the position of vice president of completions and modifications. Dan Buzz, vice president of engineering and modifications, will relocate to Duncan's Battle Creek, Michigan location. And the company also promoted Jason Behrens to Hawker technical representative.
