PAS Technologies has promoted Donald Spriggs to chief technology officer. Spriggs, who joined Kansas City, Mo.-based PAS Technologies in 2006, most recently served as vice president of product development.

Jimmy Ravenne is the new general manager of Chromalloy’s turbine engine repair and maintenance facility near Paris, France. He comes from Honeywell aftermarket organization Secan, where he served as integrated supply chain and site leader.

Waco, Texas-based Blackhawk Modifications has hired Bobby Patton as distributor program manager. He was previously director of sales for Raisbeck Engineering.

McKechnie Aerospace of Irvine, Calif. has appointed Michael Manella as vice president and general counsel. He comes from Meggitt-USA, where he was assistant general counsel.

Toronto, Canada-based Interfast has hired Brian Cole as regional sales manager for its Calgary office. He comes from Field Aviation, where he worked for more than 30 years.

Steve Olson is the new business unit manager for XRI Testing’s facility in Cleveland, Ohio. He replaces Bob Henchar, who has joined XRI Testing’s Technical Consulting Group.

EMS Technologies division Sky Connect has named Justin Steinke as eastern sales manager. A pilot and flight instructor, Steinke will support the company’s aviation customers.
