TechOps: One Stop, Many Solutions

Delta TechOps’ online Inventory Exchange program allows customers to log in and request replacement parts, enabling aircraft to be repaired and fly while faulty parts are serviced and tested. In emergencies, we dispatch our quick-response Disabled Aircraft Recovery Team (DART) to swiftly get planes back in the air.

We work closely with original equipment manufacturers for repairs, modifications and upgrades. We have technical experts available 24/7 for troubleshooting questions. We track and monitor aircraft performance, process and administer warranty-related claims. And, to help customers strengthen their work forces, we provide in-depth training in every airline-related position.
