Kostya Zolotusky

Kostya Zolotusky serves as managing director of Capital Markets Development for Boeing Capital Corporation (BCC), a wholly owned subsidiary that is primarily responsible for arranging, structuring and providing financing for Boeing products and services. In this role, he is responsible for developing and managing an integrated strategy that ensures adequate and low-cost capital for Boeing Commercial Airplanes products and services.

Zolotusky was named to this position in August 2004. Previously, he was in BCC’s Aircraft Financial Services group as a senior director covering European airlines where he structured aircraft financing for Boeing’s European customers. Before joining BBCC in June 2000, he acquired a wealth of experience as a sales director of European and leasing company sales for Boeing Commercial Airplanes, as well as from other leadership roles in its Sales, Marketing and Engineering organizations. Zolotusky joined Boeing in 1985 as an avionics engineer in the Flight Simulation Laboratory.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Washington in Seattle. Zolotusky, his wife Rebecca and their children, Rachel and Jacob, live in Seattle. In his spare time, he indulges in amortizing his wood working shop and doing art tiling.
