Guardian Jet has launched an online asset management/brokerage software that could change the way aircraft are bought and sold, according to the company. Vault 2.0 provides real-time aircraft information and allows for more transparency.

“The first generation of ‘The Vault’ was developed in 2012 as a means to radically alter the aircraft consulting and brokerage industry,” said Mike Dwyer, one of the firm’s managing partners. “With a similar goal, the launch of the Vault 2.0 will build on the power and efficacy of the original Vault program to help aircraft owners easily and intuitively manage their aircraft like portfolio assets.”

Vault 2.0 can enable a firm’s clientele to evaluate its current aircraft, research replacement model markets, plan for its continued operation, assess the optimal replacement timing and execute trades, according to Guardian Jet. A full version of the cloud-based software is available to existing Guardian Jet users.
