[Avionics Magazine 09-29-2016] In-Flight Connectivity (IFC) provider Gogo has signed a deal with Air France-KLM to connect its existing long-haul fleet of 124 aircraft, with an option to install the technology on additional Air France-KLM aircraft in the future.

The fleet of aircraft includes the Boeing 777 and Airbus A330. Gogo will be installing its 2Ku technology, which can support multiple applications including video streaming. The first aircraft is expected to be in service by the end of next year, with the bulk of the installations taking place during the 2018 to 2019 timeframe.
