[Avionics Today 07-28-2016] Through a new service agreement, Jeppesen, a Boeing subsidiary, and Mooney International have teamed to provide Jeppesen NavData and digital charts as part of the purchase process of new Mooney aircraft.
Delivery of new purchased Mooney 2016 Acclaim and Ovation Ultras aircraft will now include pre-selected Jeppesen digital flight information on board and ready for use in flight. In addition to Jeppesen navigation data, Mooney aircraft equipped with Garmin G1000 avionics will receive a PilotPak data bundle that also includes supplemental databases, including obstacle, terrain, SafeTaxi, and airport diagrams.
