[Avionics Today 10-05-2015] Spirit Aeronautics claims it has developed a unique avionics upgrade program that modernizes military C-21A aircraft that will meet the demands of worldwide flight operations in both military and civil airspace. The C-21A aircraft is the military version of the LearJet 35A business jet and works as a multi-role, low volume cargo and passenger lift aircraft.

“This solution allows aircrews access to enhanced situational awareness, reduced aircrew workload and increased flight operational capabilities,” said Rick Ochs, chairman and CEO of Spirit Aeronautics.
