[Avionics Today 09-21-2015] CACI International has been awarded a $63.5 million bridge contract by the Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) to continue its support for NAWCAD’s Special Communications Mission Solutions (SCMS) division. NAWCAD SCMS supports research and development, engineering, test and evaluation of all U.S. Navy and Marine Corps air vehicle systems and trainers.
Under the terms of the award, CACI will support SCMS efforts that include quick-reaction capabilities in the subset of Command, Control, Computers, Communications, Intelligence (C4I) electronic systems and interoperability. CACI will be involved throughout all stages of development during the 20-month contract.
