[Avionics Today 12-24-2014] Esterline CMC Electronics has reached a multiyear distribution agreement with DAC International for its avionics displays. Under the agreement, the Greenwich AeroGroup subsidiary will be authorized to distribute Esterline’s CMA-6800 LCD displays, which are designed to replace aging CRT units in legacy business jets.
“CMC will be a valuable partner for DAC," said DAC General Manager Cisco Hernandez.
According to a statement, DAC will serve as an international distributor for the new CMA-6800 LCD displays with a goal of promoting the product and arranging maintenance and other after-market support for the units.
