[Avionics Today April 21, 2014] Mercury Systems announced a new $3.2 million contract from an undisclosed defense prime contractor to provide signal processing modules for an Unmanned Aircraft System (UAS) airborne synthetic radar application.

The processing systems company says the order will be shipped in 2015.

"Our commitment to delivering innovative building blocks that provide superior value and performance across generations of applications has proved essential to the success of our long-standing relationship with this defense contractor," says Didier Thibaud, president of Mercury Systems’ commercial electronics business unit.
