Hawker Beechcraft announced the sale of its first Pro Line 21-equipped Hawker 800XPR on the first day of the NBAA convention to Nordic charter and management company JoinJet.

The upgraded 800XPR is certified by FAA and EASA, and features a replacement for the existing 800XPR TFE731-5BR engines with TFE731-50R engines along with Hawker winglets.

The two companies did not disclose the financial details of the transaction, and Hawker Beechcraft expects to deliver the 800XPR to JoinJet in the first quarter of 2013.

“Our innovative Hawker 800XPR program delivers the range, proven reliability and exceptional passenger comfort that will help JoinJet continue to provide exceptional air lift and meet the growing demand for charter services from business owners across the Europe, Middle East and Africa regions,” said Christi Tannahill, senior vice president, global customer support at Hawker Beechcraft.
