Charlotte Police Select Becker Avionics Upgrade for Helicopters

The Charlotte-Mecklenburg (CM) Police Aviation unit selected Becker Avionics DVCS6100 digital airborne audio control panel system for its two Bell 407 helicopters.

Becker said CM selected its audio system because of its ability to control all helicopter audio sources from a single multi-channelaudio and intercom system.

The University of Utah AirMed program also recently selected the DVCS6100 for its new EC145 helicopter.
