Insitu, of Bingen, Wash., has forged an alliance with Abu Dhabi Autonomous Systems Investments Company (ADASI) for the support and sustainment of Insitu’s intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance (ISR) unmanned aircraft system (UAS) products and services in the Middle East.
The companies said the proposed collaboration will enable the parties to perform joint support and sustainment activities on Insitu’s ScanEagle and Integrator UAS.
“As we collaborate on approaches to grow into the Middle East market, we will explore solutions for next-generation, unmanned ISR systems and support in the international marketplace,” said Insitu President and CEO Steve Morrow.
“Insitu brings 550,000 combat flight hours of proven experience to the team,” said Insitu Senior Vice President of Business Development Ryan Hartman, “and ADASI brings local talent and innovation. We’re excited about what the future holds for our two companies through our alliance.”
