Boeing Completes Argon ST Acquisition

Boeing on Thursday said it completed its $775 million acquisition of Argon ST, of Fairfax, Va. Argon develops C4ISR (Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance) and combat systems. Boeing announced its intention to acquire the company on June 30.

As a result of the merger, Argon ST is now a wholly owned subsidiary of Boeing and a new division of Boeing Network & Space Systems, a business within the Boeing Defense, Space & Security operating unit.
