Welcome to the first electronic edition of Avionics Military.

Capitalizing on the tradition of in-depth coverage of military aviation electronics in the pages of Avionics Magazine, Avionics Military will be a regular source of focused information on military avionics across the United States and international military services.

While Avionics Magazine has a longstanding reputation as a leading resource for the airline and business aviation segments — and that we are — the magazine has consistently reported on leading edge systems and platforms in military aviation. Recent articles have covered the helmet-mounted display system of the F-35 Lightning II, the integrated mission system of the Canadian Forces CH148 Cyclone and the program status of Airbus’s A400M transport. Contract awards, program updates and pending requirements are regularly reported in the magazine’s Industry Scan section, and our December Product Focus article reports latest developments in Mil-Std-1553 databus products.

For those subscribers who do business with or serve in the military, who develop, test or fly systems, who influence acquisition decisions or have any other reason to follow the broad sweep of activity in military aviation electronics, Avionics Military offers a concise way to cut to the chase.
