Era Systems Corp., based in Fairfax, Va., launched a web-based airport surface management solution, called AirScene.com Symphonysm, which the company said will help airports proactively manage operations, reduce delays and improve performance. AirScene.com Symphony includes AirScene.com NOMS (noise and operations management system) for environmental compliance, AirScene.com RevenueVue for automated auditing, billing and invoicing, AirScene.com ADIS (Airport Data Information System) for general airport operations data and now AirScene.com Symphony for surface management. The system provides real-time two- and three-dimensional displays of all aircraft and vehicles on the airport surface and in the terminal airspace, including integrated status messages and alerts, statistical reporting and future prediction of infrastructure demand. "AirScene.com Symphony will enable true collaborative decision-making (CDM) by sharing critical information with key stakeholders,” said Era Vice President Bill Colligan. “Symphony can also be integrated with other AirScene.com modules to provide a total and complete airport operations management solution."
