Aspen Avionics, Albuquerque, N.M., signed an OEM contract with Liberty Aerospace, Melbourne, Fla., to provide its Evolution Pro Primary Flight Display as standard equipment in the Advanced IFR version of the Liberty XL-2 aircraft. Financial terms of the contract were not disclosed. Liberty XL-2 is a two-seat trainer and touring, piston-engine aircraft. Aspen’s EFD1000 PFD achieved FAA TSO and STC certification in March.
