BAE Systems won a $9 million contract for the U.S. Navy for the research, development and production of nine new airborne and ground Tactical Common Data Link (TCDL) Systems in support of Navy Special Projects. Work will be performed in Wayne, N.J. and is expected to be completed in Mar 2011, the Navy said.
