Era Corp., Reston, Va., created a new Air Traffic Management business unit, following up on what the company calls “unprecedented demand for air traffic control solutions.” Russell Hulstrom, previously Era’s vice president of worldwide sales, was named vice president and general manager for the Air Traffic Management Solutions business unit with complete profit and loss responsibility for the business. “We are seeing unprecedented demand for our air traffic control solutions worldwide and establishing this business unit ensures the focus and leadership our customers demand,” said Dave Ellison, Era’s president and CEO. Era said it will officially launch the new business next week Air Traffic Control Association’s Conference and Exposition in Washington, D.C.
