Vaughn, Chairman

Novatel Inc., based in Calgary, Canada, has announced the appointment of David Vaughn as chairman of the board of directors. Roser, Vice President

Steven Roser has joined Sanmina-SCI as vice president, business development, for the company’s Defense and Aerospace Systems Division in Huntsville, Ala.
