dataMARS104

Ampol Technologies Ltd. has introduced the dataMARS104 for monitoring, recording and analyzing aircraft avionics communications data. The modular system includes a flight data recorder unit, integrated removable recording media, and ground analysis software for data processing and post analysis. The dataMARS104 supports Mil-Std-1553 buses, ARINC 429 channels, serial communications, as well as analog and discrete signals. Thales FMS for Airbus

EADS/Airbus Industrie has approved the Thales Avionics (formerly Thomson-CSF Sextant) FMS2 second-generation flight management system for A320 and A340 aircraft. The FMS2, which was developed in cooperation with Smiths Industries, was delivered in the LO standard software version, which performs navigation, flight plan management, and guidance functions. Advanced Visual Systems, a MUSE Technologies company, has released version 5.1 of its AVS/Express data visualization platform. VME Processor Board

DNA Enterprises is now shipping the VQ750, the latest in a new line of PowerPC board-level products designed for high performance computing and digital signal processing applications. The VQ750 can be delivered with either the G3 PPC750 or G4 AltiVec MPC7400 processor in a single, dual, or quad processor configuration. Along with the VQ750, an array of validated third party industry standard PMC modules and real-time operating systems, including VxWorks and Linux, are available for turnkey solutions. IntuiLink Connectivity Package

Agilent Technologies Inc. has introduced Agilent IntuiLink, a software connectivity package that enables product-development, manufacturing and field engineers to connect test and measurement instruments within a PC environment.
